Veterinary Technician

Our Veterinary Technicians assist the doctors to the fullest possible extent, to help the quality of care given to the patients and to aid the doctors in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of the technical work. You will need to be able to assist in multiple procedures providing care for animals including: physical exams, dental procedures,diagnostic procedures, surgeries, immunizations, euthanasia as well as client education, marketing and inventory management. This position requires the working knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, common diseases and their symptoms and/or prevention along with other basic health care recommendations. The veterinary technician is under the direct guidance and supervision of the Veterinarians.

Customer Service Representatives

The purpose of this position is to serve as a receptionist, to perform record keeping duties, clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment and to provide miscellaneous support to the practice manager and other health care team members. These service functions include, but are not limited to, reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, account maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail services. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors, animal patient treatment, a practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veteriary records and terminology used in the hospital.
