1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. Payments accepted are VISA, MC, Discover, Amex, Care Credit, Vet Billing, Trupanion, Embrace, ASPCA and other pet insurance, cash, check. I would like a link to Care Credit and Vet Billing, Trupanion and Embrace.


3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. North East Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.

We are excited to partner with Trupanion and offer you the convenience of Vet Direct Pay! We can now submit claims electronically at checkout, so if your pet is covered by a Trupanion policy, you can skip the traditional claims and reimbursement process. You can pay only your portion of the bill (as little as 10%) — Trupanion pays the rest of the balance directly to us at checkout!


In consideration of other clients needing appointments, please allow 24 hour notification to our clinic; failure to do so or to arrive for your appointment will incur a $55.00 fee.
